"As the business owner, I know what it costs to keep the lights on. There are many operating expenses that must be paid for so that our company can continue to have reliable equipment. Trucks and the maintenance for them is just one. Employees, their taxes, insurance, a little marketing and other miscellaneous require money to come from somewhere. Mr. [Member Name Removed] had a difficult start with his pool builder and wasn't a happy customer to begin with unfortunately. The pool builder had made several design mistakes which I pointed out and gave repair estimates for. I also did my best, giving services for free, to justify existing issues. Mr. [Member Name Removed] would have been a happier customer if he had a proper start with the company that originally built the pool."
