"I bought a big deal for two hours of services. It went really well except there was one fan to take down and put into another room. He did that but he did not disassemble it correctly; it was too tightly assembled so he was not able to install it in the other room. That is not his fault, but I am going to figure out how to get someone to disassemble it.

"Very well. Mark Broyles did exceptional work on our project. He is reliable, an expert in his job, and is very pleasant. He was always on time, and was really good about working with me on where to install grab bars for the shower, where to install the vanity, etc. We would defintely use Community Builders again. Also, Daniel worked with the project to video tape the process and condense it into a short video. He is also a dedicated worker and exhibits a very pleasant personality."

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
