"Danny came out and quickly determined that a kink in the flexible hose was the issue. Although I know this is probably a once in a lifetime courtesy, he did not charge me which is almost unheard of. He gave me a few pointers to enhance the safety of my setup as well. Very nice man. It's plain to see Dunrite is great and has very good people!

"9 hours- twice as long as expected. The old tank was impacted with over a foot of silt so they had to siphon the water out the top (not their fault). That alone put them behind by 2 hours. Then they had trouble getting the new up-to-code flu installed (their fault). But the team stuck with it and got everything in properly, instead of cutting corners or leaving it half-done and returning the next day."

Todd is very personable, honest, detailed and wants to make sure the job is done right - does not take any shortcuts. When I had questions he explained so I understood. "First I was told it would be $90 when I called for the appt... After the work was done I find out it's $150 when they have to get on the roof. While they were running the snake thru the pipes from the roof, my whole bathroom wall was shaking inside and now I have a water leak in my bath tub that wasn't there before. Stated I have a break in my sewer line, but could not get a price for repair or replacement... everytime he opened his mouth, the price was different.
