"Three different Airco teams worked together to complete the work in 2 days time.  The work was inspected by Rogers County and everything passed with ease.  Rogers County inspector stated that Airco was probably the best install folks he had seen while doing inspections.  They are always up to code and they take the extra steps of insulating everything and checking for all air leaks, etc.
The only frustration I had was minor, it was trying to workout all the billing and rebates.  The sales guy seemed too busy to return my calls in appropriate time frames.  When I called their office I was helped immediately and haven't had a problem since.  The quality of work and the products exceeded my expectations.

"Within days of contacting Raam with RDA Remodeling in Tulsa, OK, regarding extensive remodeling of our guest and master bathrooms, we received a detailed estimate based on our Statement of Work and physical walk throughs. The work estimate and detail was accurate and Raam quickly turned around requested changes. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates we received. The walk through was thorough and Raam provided many design and repair suggestions that we had not thought of. Raam has a high level of knowledge in bathroom design and remodeling. Within the week the RDA Remodeling team started the demolition. The team tarps all adjoining areas and furniture and covers the major pathways with wide, heavy duty paper. They are very tidy with the work and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the day. The demolition work was completed as scheduled and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away as expected. In addition to the standard demolition, we had mold in the bathroom wall which RDA cleaned out and remediated. The demolition included removing lights, toilets, tile, shower bulkhead, vanity, existing shower fixtures, shower enclosure, and tub surround in master and guest baths. This work was performed at a high level. "The tear off crew was very careless about protecting our plants from debris damage. A very cavalier attitude towards safety. Had to fight to get them to wear fall protection on a steep and high roof. More than once I was told "We have good insurance" whether it involved worker safety or protection against rain damage. Called back to fix a leak, it took 4 phone calls and a visit to their office to get a response. When the repair was made all we received was a handwritten note that it was fixed - no details.

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
