"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

The two installers worked well together, and they were so nice and answered any questions we had on the windows, they even showed us how to unlock for cleaning. They cleaned up after themselves and took time to make sure all windows were put in right and made sure there were no gaps or holes in the foam and caulking. "Excellent work. They took the time and really listened to what I wanted done . The windows were triple-pane and replaced perfectly. One of my windows was a garden window that was a little out of the ordinary, but they were able to replace it with no problems. Siding was beautiful. The detail around the doors, corners and windows was superior to those who had done my siding before. Roofs on my barns were replaced as well as my home and they have never been better. They went beyond my expectations to be sure I was satisfied with everything. Highly recommend them!"

"Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being.

Those 3 guys came in and really reassured the customer with their innovative ideas for problem areas and willingness to do extra things for which they aren't obligated. They keep the communication going where a large business can't. In fact, my only negative experience with Sears was the phone tag with the project coordinator. But, that's to be expected with a large business. Thankfully, the siding crew filled in the gaps."
