BAD BAD BAD and then it got worse...Ledbetter's son-in-law, was in charge of the job. He failed to have the roof tarped properly so rain flooded our top floor allowing the hardwood floors to warp and "cup". After that, he had the old skylights taken out and failed to secure the openings. Because the skylights were removed and not covered properly, rain ruined the first floor renovations we had done to the kitchen and 3rd bedroom including closets, cabinetry, drywall, and the stereo system in the ceiling of the kitchen. Ledbetter and his son-in-law took no responsibility for any of this. When the final bill came, they claimed we owed an ADDITIONAL $24,000 ON TOP OF THE $31250.00 we paid to start with. I finally hired someone else to finish the job, which was an additional expense.

GARY OZBURN HANDLES EVERYTHING. HE IS VERY EFFICIENT, RESPONSIVE AND QUITE SMART ABOUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THEY WORK HARD, THEY COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND THE WORK GETS DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. IT HAS POURED (EFFECTS OF THE HURRICANE) AND THE ROOF DIDN'T LEAK AT ALL.
