This company is a family owned and operated construction crew. We only subcontract out heating and air, plumbing and electrical work. After a bid is accepted and a price set we require a down payment to start and terms are negotiated during the contract phase of the project for payments, or final payout.

More detailed & bigger estimates require a processing fee. I do not provide financing the owner or customer must provide there own.
