"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. "This is nothing but a scam from go one!!! They really know how to lie. We started on this nightmare in April of this year. Since then it has be horrible!! They drag their feet about returning phone calls, and text. In July of this year, we went 10 DAYS WITHOUT AC!! 10 days and nights. Both of us are retired and have health issues. Those 10 days was living h***. We have waited over 2 weeks or longer to have a technician come out! They out a new HAVC unit in and it never did work right. We had a power surge and it blew the motherboard up. Another lengthy wait for it to be replaced. Waited over 2 months to get 2 panels replaced. This solar system has NEVER worked correctly. We were told that if they send another technician out to check on our central unit that we would be charged $600 for a service charge if they did not anything wrong!!! Now the heater us not working and as usual we are on a waiting lust to be serviced. Has any one found a way out if this nightmare??? If so, please contact me thru messenger. I have talked with the Attorney Generals office here in Arkansas. My next step is the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be stop from preying on the citizens!!! This has been the worst decision we have ever made!!!!!"
