"The actual service was delayed by a week because the owner misunderstood the details of the deal. He assumed the deal was for carpet cleaning (instead of tile and grout cleaning). Their vehicle showed up with carpet cleaning equipment. Once the confusion was resolved, they setup another appointment for the next week. They arrived punctually on the next appointment day. Two people arrived. The tile and grout cleaning part was done professionally. I had to pay another $80 out of pocket for the polishing (to get the floor to shine). This part of the service was unsatisfactory, since the polish did not cover the floor 100%. There were a lot of gaps. "
