"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Everything went exactly as David said it would. While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision. I was very impressed with how David explained the extra things that he was doing that many roofers skip. I had complete confidence that I was going to get the most professional work available and that is what David gave me."

"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. "Excellent work. They took the time and really listened to what I wanted done . The windows were triple-pane and replaced perfectly. One of my windows was a garden window that was a little out of the ordinary, but they were able to replace it with no problems. Siding was beautiful. The detail around the doors, corners and windows was superior to those who had done my siding before. Roofs on my barns were replaced as well as my home and they have never been better.
