We do complete home remodeling and repair new constitution and much much more

"I hired the owner to renovate a property of mine. We agreed that money paid would go towards supplies and payment. Details on the job were given and he agreed. He started on the outside siding and it was ok. He communicated with me about details. Because of that, I hired him for the inside. He did not paint the siding before starting the inside as it was very cold at the time. As he was working on the inside, I noticed he kept trying to coerce me to use cheap or homemade products, but I refused as we already had an agreement and his rates were according to the products I wanted. Those services never got done. I said I wanted laminate flooring. He purchased vinyl peel and stick and placed it right on the concrete. No underlayment was used. When I voiced my disapproval because I had proof that is not what I asked for, he disappeared. My house is still as of 03/26/2021 a complete mess. Both bathrooms are incomplete. He removed the old countertops but never purchased the countertops I selected. As he was painting, he got paint on cabinets that was never removed nor restrained. Doors that were removed to be painted were never placed back. He was supposed to have ordered double front doors in November. According to him in January, he is still waiting for it to come in. He told my husband that he brought the doors and someone must have stolen it along with the countertops. Avoid this man and his company. You will only have to pay someone to repair his sloppy work. He is a scam."

Proper Murphy bed installation minimizes wall damage, but some holes for anchors or brackets are necessary for secure attachment. These can be easily patched if the bed is removed in the future, leaving your walls looking like new. Hiring a professional Murphy bed installer helps ensure minimal and repairable impact.

Framing a basement takes three to five days, on average, when completed by a professional, though it may take longer for a larger space. Keep in mind this doesn’t include the time to complete the design, obtain permits, and install the drywall on the framing. On average, fully finishing a basement takes an average of 45 days.

There are approximately 5.33 board feet in a 2x4. You can use the board foot calculator in this article to easily find the answer. A 2x4 is 2 inches of thickness by 4 inches of width, so you need to find the length, with 8 feet being the most common. You’d use the calculator here to multiply 2 times 4 times 8, and then divide by 12, arriving at a total of 5.33 board feet.

Bow windows need support because they are large and extend out from the exterior wall of the home. Bow windows may extend 1 foot to several feet from the outside of the home, so you’ll need to provide additional support to handle this weight. A window contractor will be able to provide the proper amount of support for your new bow window.

Framing with metal studs can be significantly faster than using wooden studs, provided you have some experience working with the material. While you can use virtually instant pneumatic nailers with wood, metal requires installing screws. However, because metal is lighter, straighter, usually comes cut-to-length, and doesn't require sorting for the best pieces, you can save significant time using metal instead of wood.
