"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"John and Andy were amazing! John responded promptly when I called to schedule the appointment, and he also responded promptly to a message I sent a few days before to confirm our appointment. He called me the morning of the appointment to let them know they were on their way and when to expect them. We had a long list of repairs for John and Andy when they arrived, and they were able to address nearly every one. They gave sound advice on the issues that couldn't be dealt with in the time they were at our house. They both worked diligently the whole time, which I appreciate when I'm paying someone by the hour. They exceeded our expectations, and we will be happy to hire them again in the future."

"These folks were very professional, but my expectation was different than the actual item delivered. I anticipated they would want to see photos, know dimensions, really "get" my room so they could help me with a design. I expected something that would reflect my room and help me visualize a design plan. You know a sketch that took in my window placement and size, doorways, t he fireplace, etc. They linked me to an online tool that asked several questions about my design style, I thought it was a great start, but it was actually THE input session. I did send along some photos as well. While I hope they were considered in the response I received, it wasn't really evident. What came back felt more like a moderately canned response built using a visual library of options on their side. I only completed two of the three rooms I was going to do, as the result wasn't quite what I was looking for. We'd have been more successful if the description was more detailed about the actual deliverable. Nice folks and thorough in their follow-up.
