They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of pictures although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furniture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have. Eric and Smalltown also added lattice to the deck railing that gives an elegant touch as well as enhanced privacy.
