"Very pleased with the attitudes of everyone I talked with. Workers were respectful and polite. But the final outcome of the driveway lift was not anything like I was expecting. Yes, it was lifted to the desired height, but the appearance of the project is awful. The expansion joints are now approx. 1.5-3/4;'wide and uneven. Also, during the lifting, the concrete surrounding the culvert was cracked. That crack is significant and has to be repaired. I would have had to pay an additional $750.00 for the joints to be filled. As I said before, I am pleased with the attitudes of all of the members I spoke with but am disappointed in the quality of the work."

"Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being.
