He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. He also framed and installed new French exterior doors and a storm/screen door. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.)
