.The quality was okay. They were pretty good. I found them on Angie's list. I don't know of anything he can work on. He did a very good job. He told me what he was doing, he explained to me.

"If you are the [Member Name Removed] family. The work we performed was at [Member Address Removed]. We spent at least an hour checking the outlets and other devices on the suspect circuit and rearranged the wiring in the panel to see if the AFCI breaker was faulty. We then told you if the problem occurs again to let us know immediately! We don't feel your review is accurate or fair. We were never told that you were unhappy or given an opportunity to rectify any issues. Sorry you are upset. We value all our customers and our reputation. We are curious as to what problem Fox electric might have actually found."

GFCI outlet in garage kept tripping, which knocked out the lights and the garage door openers. Called Riverside Electric. They responded very promptly and fixed the problem very quickly. While they were there, we also asked to add an additional light switch for an exterior light outside the garage. This was also done very quickly. They responded to our call quickly, did the work quickly and professionally. Great service! We've used Riverside twice now and been very happy both times.

I selected Riverside Electric from prior reviews on Angie's list. I called and talked to Mitch. He was very helpful and was able to schedule the work very quickly. I had already purchased the light fixtures. Mitch installed three new lights (1 hour charged - just like he estimated). The work was done when promised, done well, and Mitch was easy to work with.
He did good work, prices were reasonable, and I would definitely call Riverside Electric again.

They did good work, so I think that the price was acceptable. They were good on friendliness and professionalism. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were. I have moved so I probably wouldn't be able to use them again.
