Licensed General Contractor so IF there happened to be something come up I couldn't do (doubtful) I would sub-contract it out and get it done for you! As far as billing we try and work with the customer on this but typically ask for material total up front, at half complete a percentage, and at completion the balance on labor. Depending on job size, location, and other factors. We almost always have a seasonal special promotions going on to offer greater savings. Like most offer free quotes!
