"Willy and his wife soft washed/power washed our house yesterday and did a fabulous job! We will recommend his service to anyone who is looking for someone to wash their house or building. Our house had not been washed in about 7 years and came out sparkling. The awning over our front door was covered in algae and dirt. He power washed it (with our permission) and it came out so nice. We don’t recommend pressuring washing clapboard siding. At high levels of pressure, a pressure washer can damage wood siding permanently. Pressure washing can also make it easier to drive water into the cracks of clapboard (which are recommended for easier drainage), causing moisture damage.
