Time will tell, but concerned that their solution may be costly. Rather than someone local, they hooked me up with a company that they called, to ship chemicals, etc. that I will need to administer. One has to hope that this takes care of the mold issues that we have. Now are we going to have to pay someone else too recheck if we still have issues.

We thought we had a mold issue that might have been resulting in some respiratory systems. Based on recommendation here, we hired Mold Test Company to test the house. We were told that the tech coming to do the testing was **their most qualified in the area** When he arrived, he did demonstrate quite a bit of knowledge. However, we pointed out some black substance on one of our ceilings that we thought could me some sort of mold. He took one glance and assured it was not. Well, we are now having that ceiling painted and it turns out it IS mold. To me, a **most qualified** person would not have effectively ignored that. Thats what they were hired to do. In addition, once we had a report that identified some molds present inside (and out) of the house, I received calls repeatedly for a couple of weeks as a related enterprise was trying to sell me a very expensive treatment option (keep in mind that it would not have dealt with the mold we clearly identified to them). The calls were so frequent in my view they bordered on harassment and indicated they thought they had a **live one** on the line and were hell bent on selling me something I probably did not need. I realize they get a lot of 5-star reviews, but my experience does not remotely support that. Tread carefully.

Mr. Smith was very knowledgeable about our situation and walked us through each step. We would highly recommend his company and especially Mr. Smith.

The Technician was great but their customer service is horrible

Please do not buy their product. Buy the book **Mold Money** before you do something . I am a mold sensitive person and I am not back in my home after four months. We still have mold. Will not refund. Only want to send more of the foggers. Always hire a separate test company from the abaters. I feel this company is working with a particular mold remediation company. I thought I was hiring a tester separate from the abator but I feel they are linked with a lab as that was their suggesting company to me.I responded out of fear and desire to keep my personal items. I feel they preyed on my fear of loss. The mold test company did not look for mold but only responded where we thought the mold might be. They did not look thoroughly, a lot of things were missed. A contractor and another tester company found mold in many places.

This was a great company. Friendly and on time. They cared!!. Only thing is if u test positive. The guy i spoke with will not take No for an answer on trying to sell products. He just wont.

I don't have any way to value the work. The tester seemed to know what he was doing however, in order to get results, had to pay substantially more money for further testing, Was told results would be back within 7 to 10 days. Still don't have results and it has been 14 days- can't get anyone to respond to email- can't leave a message on telephone as boxes are full. A totally frustrating experience. .

We were told the fee was $299 for air quality testing, then when they arrive we are told that is only for one floor of the house and it will be an additional $70 to get another floor tested. NO TRUTH IN ADVERTISING HERE.

The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.
