"For the price that we paid, I feel that we received a good value. The work was done well and in a somewhat timely manner. There was a delay when the painter had to leave town due to illness in the family. This was unavoidable and Roger communicated with us throughout. Roger's employees are true artist. They came up with affordable solutions for some issues that we had. There are a few places that the paint work was a little sloppy, but considering that we paid about 20% less than the next lowest estimate, we can't complain. The reason that we won't use this company again? The valve that supplies water to our dishwasher broke off during a day early on in the remodel. This was no fault of the crew, just an old valve. The problem is that no one told us this had happened. We turned our dishwasher on and left and when we came back, everything inside, including the end of one of the washer "blades" had melted. I called Roger and we agreed that we would pay to fix the valve and he would pay to replace the damaged dishwasher "blade". He advised me that he had ordered the part, which I had researched and knew to cost around $90. Three weeks later, he said that the part still had not come in. I advised him that I would like to withhold the $125 balance for the completed job until the part was installed. He agreed that was fair. It is 2 months later and we never heard back from Roger about the replacement part. Not only has he not called us, but he has ignored the 2 times that I attempted to contact him to ask about the part. This is extremely unprofessional. If not for that one thing, I would definitely hire him in the future. It's a shame that he ended our contact this way.

"About 2 yrs ago I used Community Builders to put in all new windows in my house. It was an amazing experience so I thought I would try them again for my siding. I could not be happier. They were professional, showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up the mess to where I could not tell they have been here except my house looked AMAZING! "Signed up for a $99 special to have Roca come out and repair a leak in my roof.  Blake told me that I should contact my insurance because he felt I needed a new roof.  I had submitted a claim less than a year prior which was denied of a new roof.  Blake helped me with the insurance process and meeting the adjuster to go over everything he felt I needed replaced.  With the claim, I was able to make all the repairs and add the guttering around the entire house for a little amount out of pocket (much less than my deductible).  I highly recommend Roca roofing and working with Blake if possible.  He is very professional and courteous and had my best interest in mind.  His crew was in and out and finished the entire roof in 1 day.  Very satisfied with the whole experience.

"It was very worthwhile to use this service because the decorator answered some critical questions and kept me from making costly mistakes.  It is a good place to start and the price was right for what she did.  She spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me but before that she spent a significant amount of time looking over photos and measurements that I submitted to her by email. She put a lot of time into the consult.  This service would be great for choosing wall colors, flooring, and fabric for furniture.  I will definitely keep her contact information for future projects.

"Contractor was very professional and did an excellent job. Glass has a coating to help prevent water spotting. I also have the option of adding a custom shower door if I decide I need one at a later date. Price is very competitive. Very happy with the job."
