"For the price that we paid, I feel that we received a good value. The work was done well and in a somewhat timely manner. There was a delay when the painter had to leave town due to illness in the family. This was unavoidable and Roger communicated with us throughout. Roger's employees are true artist. They came up with affordable solutions for some issues that we had. There are a few places that the paint work was a little sloppy, but considering that we paid about 20% less than the next lowest estimate, we can't complain. The reason that we won't use this company again? The valve that supplies water to our dishwasher broke off during a day early on in the remodel. This was no fault of the crew, just an old valve. The problem is that no one told us this had happened. We turned our dishwasher on and left and when we came back, everything inside, including the end of one of the washer "blades" had melted. I called Roger and we agreed that we would pay to fix the valve and he would pay to replace the damaged dishwasher "blade". He advised me that he had ordered the part, which I had researched and knew to cost around $90. Three weeks later, he said that the part still had not come in. I advised him that I would like to withhold the $125 balance for the completed job until the part was installed. He agreed that was fair. It is 2 months later and we never heard back from Roger about the replacement part. Not only has he not called us, but he has ignored the 2 times that I attempted to contact him to ask about the part. This is extremely unprofessional. If not for that one thing, I would definitely hire him in the future. It's a shame that he ended our contact this way.

"About 2 yrs ago I used Community Builders to put in all new windows in my house. It was an amazing experience so I thought I would try them again for my siding. I could not be happier. They were professional, showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up the mess to where I could not tell they have been here except my house looked AMAZING! The installers were so nice and the work was incredible. The salesman even came out while they were installing and after it was complete to make sure I was happy. "Signed up for a $99 special to have Roca come out and repair a leak in my roof.  Blake told me that I should contact my insurance because he felt I needed a new roof.  I had submitted a claim less than a year prior which was denied of a new roof.  Blake helped me with the insurance process and meeting the adjuster to go over everything he felt I needed replaced.  With the claim, I was able to make all the repairs and add the guttering around the entire house for a little amount out of pocket (much less than my deductible).  I highly recommend Roca roofing and working with Blake if possible.  He is very professional and courteous and had my best interest in mind.  His crew was in and out and finished the entire roof in 1 day.  Very satisfied with the whole experience.

"This service was exactly what I was looking for.  I wasn't confident about choosing the new look for my living room.  I wasn't sure what my "style" was, and what would look good together.  I needed a consultant to let me know if the items I was considering would look good together.  Amanda called me and we talked about what I liked/didnt like.  She had me post pictures from Pinterest and Houzz of rooms I liked.  From that she was able to tell me what my style was.  She noticed things I never realized before.  For example I apparently picked the exact style couch in every picture I posted.  As I found furniture I liked I would send her photos and she would let me know if she thought they would go good together.  For example she recomended a different coffee table - i needed one that was more substantial to balance the size of the sofa.  She also helped me fine-tune the paint colors for my walls - I thought this was the hardest part of designing the room, but I love the results. 
I was basically looking for someone to guide my choices, but they will also modify their level of service depending on what you need (cost varies depending on service needed).
I would positively use them again!!

"Contractor was very professional and did an excellent job. Glass has a coating to help prevent water spotting. I also have the option of adding a custom shower door if I decide I need one at a later date. Price is very competitive. Very happy with the job."
