The leveling of my concrete which had a 1? crack and a 1.5? drop is now level as are all the slabs that needed correction, which was every section around my pool. All the cracks and dividers are now sealed as well. The employees worked steady from the minute they arrived until they finished. They well know their job and how to do it correctly. The cost was cheaper than replacing the small damaged concrete area. I highly recommend Groundworks.. They have the right employees, right service, and the right product."

They explained the different phrases as they completed each repair which was very helpful. "Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

"It went very well and very fast. He started by going and getting the part. Anx then he proceeded to take the old part off. Tjen he un hooked the hoseand the timer. He put the new vaccum breaker on then tightened the nut. He proceed to put the timer and the hose fittings on. Then turned the water on to make sure it wouldnt leak. He took the broken piece and i paid him and he was very respectfull. And left."
