"I lost touch with these folks back in 2009 after they installed our pergola. This year we needed a new after some strong winds ripped it off the deck. I was so happy to have the same company and to work with David Agee again. These are honest folks to work with. David is no nonsense and tells you the truth about the project without sugarcoating anything. They do a whole lot more than just pergolas and if it needs fixing/updating/adding/building, I will be calling these people again. I would recommend to anyone needing work on their house."

Our History He and I Construction, Inc. originated from the aspirations of Al Alfaro and his wife Lucille in March of 1995. After working for a construction company from the late 1980's through the early 1990's, Al decided to enter the construction business with the help of his wife Lucille. He and I Construction, Inc. started as a company specializing in refurbishing and building homes, and hardwood floor installation. The central office and storage was located at the Alfaro's home, and based out of the garage. As the company developed and became incorporated in 1998, it began to take on the responsibility of a general contractor, growing into a company specializing in design/build, maintenance and renovation contracting. Now, He and I Construction offers general construction services to the Southwest Region of the United States, while looking to expand in additional regions. Our Mission •To consistently provide top notch service over the years •Continuing training and education to upgrade our quality of service for all our customers •By utilizing the continuous support from our community, the word of our excellent services will freely flow throughout the Southwest Region.
