He also assisted my elderly mother with her devices and did not have to as this was not part of his job. Dakota also installed 2 beautiful outdoor light fixtures. He is extremely professional and seems to really care about providing quality service, and cares about his customers. The people who answer the phones were very friendly and helpful. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
