Pro Light

After accepting my required 50% deposit, this contractor never called me to schedule the work. Voicemail messages went unanswered. CAUTION!!

This man reached out on FB for customers. I responded. He placed Christmas lights along with a STAR on the outside of our home. He called right after the holidays and stated I needed to pay the bill. Of course I replied it had been paid. He continued to argue with me until I actually pulled the check that was written. He became angry I assume because he was not able to get double pay and stated he no longer wanted to do business with me. He wanted to return all my belongs. He contacted me again in November wanting payment due from last year again, after I requested for him to meet his obligation of hanging the lights again this year. I went through same procedure and gave him the check number where his wife had signed and cashed the check. He became angry again and wanted to return my items. With such inappropriate customer service my attorney along with my husband agreed that it was best to allow him to return and not do business with him In the meanwhile we lost what I have invested for him to continue displaying the decorations each year. He contact me last night and said he would return the items anytime from 8-10. My husband and I waited until 11:00 and had to leave for other obligations. He then said he meant 8-10 p.m. not a.m. smh My husband and I agreed we could meet him at the house at the time 8-10 p.m. He changed his mind and said he could not because of the weather. The weather??? This man is supposed to be committed to outside work, plus it was not snowing. He went back and forth the with me through text wanting his time to deliver my lights and walking over our time. First of all, he bragged that he does not do contracts with customers -so beware. The small fee he claims he will charge the next year to put the lights back up was not a small fee. He was disrespectful to me as a customer with no apologies of making the mistake of trying to get me to pay him again. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with in my whole life. So just make sure you put all your ducks in a row before you do business with him and by all means make him do a CONTRACT to protect your rights. If you need to contact me just let me know. It is impossible to get all the rudeness I suffered from a person that is in business My attorney informed him that he is not to contact me concerning any payments, that they have documentation of payment on time.

The lights looked great! Just wished I had had an address or phone number to ask some questions.

There is no category for christmas light ins!!tallation but that is what they did and as far as we are concerned, they are the best!! We love our lights and they did such a wonderful job!! Thank you so much!!

Excellent reputable service provided to public.

The lights are custom and high quality. This is our first year, but the service includes storage and re-installation next year. There was some stress around finding the date for the install work - it is a busy time of year, weather changes, etc.

I have used them for years and I am very satisfied with their work.
