They appeared on time with two bucket trucks and started pruning. It took most of the day. They were careful how and where they set up the trucks and I had no visible damage to my lawn or even my fragile begonias. They cleaned up all the cut limbs and left the lawn spotless. I asked them to also trim back a few branches on a tree that was impinging on the streetlight and to prune a little off the top of a Japanese maple that I couldn't reach. They took care of it and didn't charge me any extra. I was impressed.

They may be on the high side of rate wise but they absolutely know what they're doing. They do a fantastic job. They're very reliable and knowledgeable. They all have degrees in this kind of stuff.

I am very happy with their tree trimming. They show up on time and do what they need to do. They clean up and then they are gone for another 5 years or so. The last time I compared prices, they all seemed to be about the same.

The owner actually came out and explained everything thoroughly and even came up with a plan to make sure our yard looked like we wanted it to after all of the construction we're doing is over. I like the fact that they are truly excellent.  My degree is in horticulture and so I feel particularly qualified to say that they are experts.  They are just not some guys chopping down limbs.  They are experts.  They have all the big and heavy equipments to take care of big trees as well as the expertise to take care of small ones.  They’re very good.  I think I spent about $400 this time on their services.  I’ve had them remove a tree in the past but they didn’t do it this time.  I’ve also had them come in and repair storm damage in a tree in the past.  I’ve had them take one out and replace it with a different one in the past as well.  I will absolutely use their services again in the future.  In fact I’m getting ready to use them.

They provided an estimate and explained what needed to be done. We wanted to trim the trees to let more sun on the lawn. They are probably more expensive than some other companies, but they do provide an excellent service in a very prefessional and safe manner. Also total price per hour is not that high considering the equipment and 2-3 people required for the work. They cleaned up everything very well.

Once job was scheduled crew was punctual, professional and courteous. Clean up and removal of debris was outstanding as advertised.

They do a very professional job and clean up any mess that they make. Their price is exactly what they say it is going to be, and so is their product. The total cost is about $25000, and the work is ongoing; they are actually replacing some more trees at the moment.

I was very impressed with the quality of work that these guys did. Everything looks really good. They were very timely and good about cleaning up after themselves. I do think that I will be doing some changing of the plants a little, not because they did a bad job but I like doing that kind of work myself. I think that I will end up finishing the rest of my yard myself but I do believe that if I need to, I would hire them again.
