"Couldn't have gone better. Thanna did a fantastic job of preparing the tile and tub for her finishes and a super job of applying the finishes. The tile was done in a gray color with nice subtle flecks in it and the tub was done in white. The results are beautiful. "I had my carpets "cleaned" by an individual but when I went to the property to make sure it was ready for the tenants, it appeared even dirtier than before but the tenants were moving in only a few hours later. I was flustered trying to take care of the carpets for the tenants before they moved too much stuff in and got settled. I called Andrew and he answered immediately and scheduled my cleaning for first thing the next morning.
