"Our air went out on a saturday afternoon at the worst possible time.  We tried getting a hold of a couple other companies and they
did not respond. we called chad's heat and air and they were here in less than a hour. he had the part on the truck to repair our unit, and didnt charge extra for being a weekend..

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Well, where to begin. First of all, Devin from D&S heat and air showed up (on time) and gave me a promt and professional estimate. It was thousands less than what everyone else had quoted me. He showed up when he was suppose to and finished the job in less than a "timely" manner. Everything works and looks great, just as he had promised! He was in and out before I knew it. I would and will recommend Devin and his company for any Heat & Air work I should come across in the future.
