However the security door required that a special lock be ordered and I was informed up-front as to what the cost would be. As promised, I was phoned when the replacement lock arrived and an appointment was made to finalize the installation. The gentleman worked diligently on the installation for some time and when he had finished, he demonstrated the new lock. I was absolutely elated. The old lock which from the very beginning had been extremely difficult to open, now locked and unlocked like a dream. My experience with this provider was entirely positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others

They came to the house, got all the locks fitted to match our newly installed front lock (connected to our security system), and they were so professional and great at their craft. They cut four extra keys for us, and encouraged us to try out the keys to make sure the locks worked well before they headed out. I had trouble with a few locks prior, because they were screwed in too tight, and Tom made sure to adjust them so I didn't have any trouble with any of the locks moving forward. (And he was very sweet with my yippy dog Peanut.) I would strongly recommend these guys!!
