"I paid for 2 hours so when they arrived I showed them the two areas and the material and he went right to work.  It was taking some time for the mud to dry so he left and came back twice.  He had to pick up one item and he had his receipt so I could reimburse him.  He only counted the time he was there and it didn't exceed the two hours.  Great job, quick and flexible.  I will definitely use them again."

"Excellent work, did an amazing job on my bathroom. I had mold eating away down to the frame work and they he got everything out and made it all look good. I called him back when I redid the floors in my kitchen, and he did another amazing job with it. He replaced my back fence from a chain link to a wood privacy fence. I will call him for all future jobs I need done and if he can t do it I trust anyone he would recommend to get it done. He has the best prices I have ever seen for remodeling by far."

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"Outdoor Creations recently replaced our roof, and helped with the other hail damage items. Jake and Danny are great folks, very helpful throughout the process. We also had them build a pavilion by our pool. It looks amazing and we are looking forward to using it next summer. I would and have referred them to many of my neighbors and friends in OKC. If you are looking for a great roofing company that can just take care of all your issues, no need to look any further. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
