Precise did an excellent job. They were able to complete the work within a week of agreeing the quote, despite the weather we had over the weekend. The house looks great and everything was cleaned up.

Jonathan is extremely professional. He did an exterior paint job for us several years ago and recently painted the interior. He responded promptly and gave an estimate immediately. I highly recommend Precise Home Specialties. Jonathan was very informative on repairs that needed to be made, how much it would cost, and time frame of completion. Weather permitting of course. After having several quotes, with prices ranging drastically, I was glad to see Jonthan was the only contractor that actually measured the house. True to his recommendations, and my requests, the job started and completed as he predicted. His crew are very professional, meticulous, and friendly. Cleanup was done every day with all equipment neatly stacked ready for the next day's work. Final inspection was done with Jonathan and a crew member fixing any issues I felt needed to be addressed. The house was beautifully refreshed. I will surely be contacting Precise Home Specialties for any future projects I may need.

Jonathan and his crew were wonderful to work with. Jonathan came out and look at our 40 year old neglected house and gave me several options on repainting. He quoted it and that was the final price. He kept me informed on the progress, timeline, and any changes. His crew were very polite and efficient. The crew inspected their work , Jonathan inspected the work, and then had us inspect it before finalizing the job. I will hire them for my next project.

We contracted with Precise to do both our exterior paint, and a couple of interior rooms including some wall & ceiling repair. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Absolutely superb color matching. The actual painting process was reasonable; the crew was attentive to our needs even while one of us was working from home. There was some dirt & dust & paint, but a lot less than we expected, and the crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Jonathan told us beforehand that a deep clean after the job was over would be beneficial, and we have one scheduled that should take care of it. Even during the post job walkthru, Jonathan was finding minor issues we never saw, and was getting them fixed.

Jonathan and his team did it again! We were in desperate need of an update (and quite a bit of repair work) on our 1970's "orange rock" home. They transformed our home into a modern beauty through their talented work and attention to detail. Jonathan responded within a few hours of my inquiry and came out the next day to provide the bid. Jonathan, as in his previous job for us, is an excellent communicator and kept us updated every step of the way. His crew was timely, friendly and very professional. I was a little nervous to have the rock and mortar painted but I could not be happier with the result. This team treated us as though they were doing the work for a family member. Trustworthy, fairly priced, and detailed focused.

I couldn't ask for a better job. I spoke with Jonathan multiple times on the phone. Initially telling him the capped 8' high cedar privacy fence was approximately 75 feet in length. He gave me a cost estimate and dates to complete the job. He kept me updated on delays due to inclement weather. Three days before the set staining day Jonathan called and said rain was likely that evening and asked if they could stain the fence the day prior. When Jonathan arrived with his two man crew he looked at the job and said there was less fence than i initially told him on the phone. He reduced the cost by 25%. The job his workers did was exceptional using a brush and roller where necessary along with a sprayer. The fence looks great. Plaudits to Jonathan and his team.

In addition, there were ongoing regular updates on the status and additional recommendations for some of the wood repair. Fantastic!! This is the second time we've used Precise Home Specialties. The first time we had the gutters replaced on our previous home. That work was excellent. This time we had all the gutters replaced, as well as the exterior of the house painted. The gutter work was excellent as before, and the painting was excellent too!! It is often difficult to find painters who are skilled in their craft, and these guys are the best!! We were so pleased with the entire job.

He even went above and beyond and straightened a piece of guttering that lost the battle with a tree that had fallen on it. Noe and Felipe are worth mentioning too! I was so glad I hired Precise Home Specialties to paint inside and outside of my house. I also need some minor drywall repair after some electrical work. Beside the excellent painting job that was done, they worked clean, protected my floors, were efficient, and professional. Jonathan was on the job site just about every day and kept me informed of everything as it progressed. After dealing with other contractors on other jobs, Jonathan’s attention to his customer and details was very refreshing. They showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner.
