The new paver sidewalk adds such charm to the house, creating a perfect path that ties the whole design together. The lighting system is another highlight—it beautifully illuminates the walkway and plants at night, giving our home a warm and inviting glow. I’m also impressed with the sprinkler system installation that comes with a smart app connected to the weather forecast; more importantly it is easy to use, efficient, and ensures that everything stays healthy without any hassle. We had some hiccups along the way between the actual design Blake created, which was not coming to fruition by his workers, but Blake made all the corrections to make it right in the end. They even replaced a failed component on the new hot water heater that I purchased elsewhere, Becuase of the failed component, that’s what took most of their time, otherwise the work was quick and professional. "It was Friday afternoon and the pipes started draining backwards.... try finding a plumber at that time. A friend recommended calling Western Plumbing, that saved the weekend ! Would not have thought they'd come out as far as to Nobel. But an hour later they showed up already and got the water flow the right direction again in no time. For having come out even after hours we didn't even get charged extra. Especially appreciated the follow up afterwards explaining what was going on , plus offered suggestions how to improve our system to prevent disasters like that in the future. I was out of town leaving my wife to okay the final expectation. When I got home I was in disbelief on how well they did but also the little things that they did. There was no trash left, gutters taken down and cut to size and replaced, French drain installed along with half the backyard leveled out so that the property drained properly. This is the first review I have ever left and I already have work for them from my neighbors. If I could leave a 10 star review I would."

"A crew from Groundworks installed eight floor supports and encapsulated our crawl space last week. Jorge, Isaac, Kenny, Zacch, and Anthony did a great job! They worked very long hours to complete our project in a timely fashion and were great to interact with. They identified several plumbing and air duct problems and brought them to my attention. Jorge, the team leader, was great about communicating with me and keeping me well informed. The after job clean-up was very thorough. Jorge has been available by phone for my questions even after they have moved on to another job. These guys are very deserving of five stars. Also, I want to give a shout out to Anthony who did our inspection/estimate. He was very thorough and patient and made everything understandable. Another five-star guy!"
