I contacted Jay re: installing a sprinkler system at my home. In visiting with him, I mentioned that I was planning to landscape the yard and he gave me some great ideas. Winterized last year and activated sprinkler system today. Explained ever step of the process and carefully and precisely adjusted all five zones...six sprinkler heads in each zone. Also two sprinkler heads years ago were placed behind bushes and they cordially repositioned both heads for a much better spray pattern. I interviewed 3 different companies before I made up my mind. I decided on Oklahoma Irrigation because they gave me a good bid and I evaluated my project better than the others and just made me feel more secure using them. I made a good decision too. They are very thorough and followed through with what they said they'd do. They also let me know if I had any issues or further needs they'd be happy to help me too.

Now that all is said and done I am very happy with the performance and quality of the work that was done. However, due to the experience with scheduling and the many confusing and incorrect things I was told during the process, I don’t know if I would use them again. I was told initially that they were two weeks out and would put me on the schedule never heard back from them about that. I called a day before the two week time frame to see if they had us on the schedule and was told they would check with scheduling. The next day at 8:30 AM, I was called and told they were on their way. Even though the lines had not been marked and nothing else that was supposed to happen prior to the job had been done. When they arrived I was asked where all our buried lines were. We just purchased the home and hadm’t Been in it a week so I had no idea. I was told they avoid writhing four feet of where lines could be so it would be okay. Halfway through the digging people showed up and marked the lines. Despite the lines being marked they used the matchine right through the markings and cut the AT&T lines twice. They spliced and taped them back together, but still. After that they left the hole open for inspection over the holiday weekend where the storms flooded it and it ended up being an open hole and dug up line in our yard for five days. All of this when we were promised it would be a two day job. We were thanked for our patience but there was never an owning up to falling short or an apology. Also, they claimed they would sod our bald patches in our yard and then when they were installing they disn’t And told us they would put us on the schedule to come back. I doubt we will ever hear from them again.

They were late on arrival. First thing was damaging the main water line to the house. They sent a plumber but he didn't do anything. We had to wait for city water to fix it so we were out of water to our home all afternoon. I'm 77 and my wife is 75 and being without water is a big deal, it mean not being able to use the bathroom for 5-6 hours. Next, they damaged my outdoor water outlet which cost me $275.00 to get repaired. The upside, the system does work well.

the crew is professional-they are still working on the installation as I am writing this. Tomorrow Brandon will be here to go over the set up on the clock-also the city inspection will be here-so far I am very pleased

These guys know their stuff. Large yard with 4 zones installed in one day. Brandon walked us through the entire process. Reasonable pricing for quality work. Very pleased!

Over all good experience still working with them to get the rain gage to work correctly.

Still having a few issues with the new sprinkler box and spoke to Brandon but we haven't been able to set a time to go over the issues due to my schedule.

If Oklahoma Irrigation has too many problems getting Okie to install flags: THEY WILL BACK OUT OF THE DEAL. This is what happen to us. I believe the USIC guy who lays the flags out there, went to the wrong address. I had a very stressful experience but at the end, I pleaded with the owners to give the Flagging another try so they agreed. The Sprinkler System was worth the money we paid $2,500 (small front and backyards) plus $240 for an upgrade.
