We built it in 1999 with our own hands and with the help of subcontractors. There is no construction detail that I do not have both experience and knowledge in. I am a huge fan of repairing and upgrading rather than starting over. If you have a repair to any part of your home, I can figure out the solution and perform it. I am generation X.
