His crew was easy to work with and stayed on schedule despite the spring rains. He created a dry creek bed to carry heavy rain water away. He lined it with locally sourced rock and low maintenance plants. Crushed granite and slate steppingstones, raised, planter boxes, stamped concrete, lighting, and water fountain. The end result is a wonderful, xeriscaped patio with minimum maintenance going forward."

Tim was prompt, responsive, cooperative, hard-working, and did a quality job. We did pay slightly more than the original bid, but only because we agreed to additional work that was clearly not part of the original estimate. Tim was here when he said he would be, worked h****** the project, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and did an outstanding job.
