"I was a little frustrated that they didn't call to talk to me about delays.  Only took one day, even though they estimated two.  They were priced much higher than most competitors, but they guarantee their work and they did things that others wouldn't have done (ex. they put in two drains in the same hole, one for the french drain and one for the downspouts.  They didn't run them both to the same line).  Their guys were very polite.  I was concerned it wouldn't work because there were no surface drains in the back yard. We had a major storm the night they finished (about 3" of rain) and there was no lake in the backyard, like there used to be. I could see the water running to the side drains as it was supposed to.  The storm washed away some concrete they used to set the drains in the curb. I called Mark and they came right away to put down more concrete. Will definitely use them for all my irrigation needs in the future.
