"I paid more for this project than I normally would (rental property), a bit skeptical at first for sure. I will say they used quality materials and were efficient with the time allotted for the project. This is NOT a big box store surround that was used (shower pan was Jetta), and they properly backed the shower with quality materials that will stand up to constant (and sometimes rough) use. Best part was this was a turnkey project that I didnâ t have to do with a no interest payment plan and a warranty! Pricing was probably industry standard but for just the shower and nothing else I felt it was a bit high (however see above). Overall a great experience. I will use them again when the right project shows up."

Within hours of sending the email I received an email reply from someone at the Customer Relations Department with a contact phone number to call. Mr. Dial, the Design Consultant, was prompt, courteous, and very knowable about the product, specifications, installation and financing if needed. I was given a list of contacts at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. for any project questions and concerns. Within 48 hours of Mr. Dial leaving my home I received a Thank You Card from him which was a nice touch and unexpected. I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the installation process. The installers were courteous, professional, and efficient. The workmanship is beautiful and will last a lifetime. The entire team was great to work with. I really appreciated the ease of communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future with further window restorations."
