Ohio Basement SystemsWe'd just recently moved into our home, and right off the bat our basement flooded several times. We contacted a few companies to see what our options were, and got varying results. Ohio Basement Systems sent out a consultant to take a look at our issues, and they recommended an interior WaterGuard solution along the crawl space and the basement. We decided to go with them. Even though the solution was expensive, avoiding a moldy basement that could have a negative impact on our 2 year old daughter's (and our entire family's) health was worth it to us. Once the install crew arrived, they began their work and the foreman noticed that the source of flooding had come from an additional location that was not picked up during the initial visit. Obviously, knowing this was a very expensive solution to install and was a very significant investment for a family who had just moved, I contacted the office to discuss it, and the folks at Ohio Basement Systems ended up sending out a crew to fix this additional issue at no charge so that we didn't need to worry about future flooding. They kept in touch with me the entire time to make sure this additional work was performed timely and done to our expectations. I've dealt with a lot of companies since moving in, and I appreciated them standing by their work and doing everything they could to make sure we had nothing to worry about. This is what differentiates a company from a great company. Our move has been a stressful one, but the effort put forth by Ohio Basement Systems to take care of our water issues has put our minds at ease where our basement is concerned. It's tough to find people these days who will do a good job and stand by their work, but if you're looking for a company that will, my experience with Ohio Basement Systems says they will. A to Z Dependable ServicesMy husband and I just bought a house a few days ago, and yesterday the main drain to the house backed up. We called A to Z and Justin Hall was our technician. He was fantastic!! My husband was not home, so Justin made sure to explain everything to me very thoroughly. He was very professional while he worked as well. He put covers on his shoes the second he walked in the door!! He cleaned up after himself and after they left you couldn’t even tell he was there. MC ELWAIN'S ELECTRICAL & PLBGI had a sewer line backup. They answered right away and came out within the hour. I had already had Roto Rooter out and they completely conned us so I called mcelwain's. The guys were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. They explained what the problem was and got it fixed at a very reasonable price. I asked a lot of questions simply because I was curious and they were patient and answered all my questions about drains, clogs, and piping. I really liked how efficient and friendly the guys were as I get nervous easily. I just moved and wanted the same water filtration i had at my other house, that cost me around $300. these guys took 4.25 hours and charged for waiting for a part and lunch and charged me $522. I told them that was excessive and said they'd look into it, but never got back. there was a leak that I saw, before they left the first time and said it wasn't leaking, but it was and had to come back. the mfg said the system is basic plumbing connections that shouldn't have taken more than an hour. As I said, I just moved here and I will never use them again

I've had this company out before for other issues. Called 3 times and was assured someone would call me back. Received a text the next day saying if I still want service to call. Did receive the callback and an associate showed up. Never introduced himself. Did the work. Left a mess on and around my toilet and in my shower where he placed the tank. I was going to ask him another question when he came back in from his truck. I assumed he was writing an invoice. Nope! He left. So, I have no idea how much the work is even going to cost me.
