"Jim came out to see the deck on a Friday and promised me a quote via email the following Monday. 10 days later he sent the quote (after I faxed a reminder to him) and it was $900 higher than Handyman Matters, so I won't be choosing him. However, Handyman Matters declined to see the project and just gave me an estimate over the phone - not real confident in that one! Eddie Friedman said he'd come over one evening, or would call if he couldn't make it. He did neither!! I'm batting 0/3 here and will have to go back to the drawing board for this project."
