That is where Kody came in and walked us through the entire process. He got on the roof and climbed up in a tiny little crawspace that I would never get into. He came down pouring sweat but never missed a beat. After he came down he went over all of issues we had in our crawspace and on the roof. We didnâ t know what to expect but Kody is the man! After going over all the issues he broke down the price and payments. It was a bit more than we expected but we knew Kody was not just trying to sell us. He had our best interests at heart. He actually found a way to make it affordable and we didnâ t have to give up anything the roof needed. We were expecting we would have to wait to get it done but he came Wednesday and the roof will be done today!!!! It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

"Everything went remarkably fast. I needed to get my roof repaired, as there was considerable heat and water damage--which was shown through detailed photographs. All the details were carefully explained to me. I was kept up to date via email and texting. The crew arrived promptly, a short time before the supervisor arrived, and immediately began unpacking their materials and tools. They were already underway when the supervisor arrived. They had to pause for a time because of rain, but got right back to work when it cleared. I was sent pictures of the progress during the day via text. I arrived home after dark, and they were busy doing the final cleanup, so I parked in my neighbor's drive. As I walked over, I saw one of the crew carefully restaking one of my crackle ball lightsticks that had been pushed askew. I found that very endearing--such a small detail, yet he made time for it! All of the crew that I saw while walking into the house greeted me with a smile. The roof looks gorgeous! Several days later another crew came and installed my new gutters--the old ones were being held together with duct tape and prayer! I wouldn't have thought of black gutters, but I was shown a virtual image of how they would look, and it was elegant! I am very, very pleased."
