During the time we have known Roy, about 5 years, he has done numerous maintenance projects between our home and business locations. We were more than satisfied. Recently he completed a large project involving many challenges. Outstanding workmanship, completed ahead of schedule and under budget. A Win / Win in my book. Roy has provided absolutely outstanding service at two condos I lease out in Cape Coral FL. He is reliable and knowledgeable about maintaining property over the long term. He makes suggestions of how to prevent issues from reoccurring. He has replaced incandescent bulbs in light fixtures with LEDS that over the longterm reduce costs. He notices potential issues and 'keeps an eye on them' until it is time to act. If a problem occurs that he does not handle, he refers someone who also does quality work. I am very grateful for the thorough, professional and caring service Roy provides. My Tenants and I are very fortunate, indeed!

I am thrilled to have finally found someone that I can depend on and who really knows his stuff! Had so many small items to be fixed in my house and every one of them were taken care of. The most difficult was that the tile bull nose on my kitchen cabinets began to come off and couldn't be replaced but a great solution was thought of and it looks beautiful! This company is great! You must use them for all your handymen type of needs!!!
