"Was very professional and thorough. Some of our foundation blocks were crumbling and the mortar between them was in bad shape. One of the foundation blocks needed to be completely replaced. He managed to find a matching block to replace that one. Repaired all of the crumbling blocks and mortar. Overall the repairs look great and blend nicely on our old house."

They masked off everything with absolutely no overspray anywhere. The results were awesome. Made our house look brand new. "They were responsive and punctual.  Unfortunately I do not have the normal basement access to the stack and the only access would be on the roof.  The weather on the day of the appointment was not coorperating and I did not feel comfortable with them going up on the roof so I cancelled the service."

"Everything they have done for me has been excellent. They imported gutters from Finland, half-round gutters for me. The gutters are just great and really strong . The gutters are the best I have seen. They do fabulous work whether slate, copper, or masonry."

Quality of work is excellent.  Two guys spent 3 hours doing various things at my home (hung a stairwell banister, fixed door weather stripping, replanted small tree that had uprooted, pulled weeds, cleaned gutters).

A few complaints:

1.  Supposed to be 8 hours worth of work; they showed up 1 hour late and stayed for 3 hours

2. Poor communication with company

--Owner stated he had more Big Deals purchased then expected so company was behind in fulfilling work

--Attempted (on multiple) occasions to schedule 8 hours of work

--Owner of company came to my home same day as 8hrs of work performed and gave me estimate for other work

---Estimate emailed to me within one week but was not very detailed (no breakdown between materials and labor)

--Requested detailed estimate but never received
