We offer both closed cell and open cell insulation for both residential and commercial services. Closed cell Insulation offers the highest R-Value per inch of any insulation on the market. The increased cost of Spray Foam Insulation pays for itself in 5 - 7 years on average in your heating and cooling cost. Your home will be airtight once completed which can not be accomplished with standard fiberglass insulation. Be sure to advise your HVAC contractor if spray foam was used on your new build construction as you can many times get a smaller central AC and heating unit because of the airtight home. Fully insured and offer free estimates!!

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

It’s possible to rent the equipment necessary to do your own mudjacking, but we don’t recommend it. Mudjacking involves pumping a precise amount of cementitious slurry under your slab to lift it back into place and keep it there. It’s easy to pump too much or not enough, in which case you may need to call in a professional to help anyway. We strongly recommend against mudjacking any load-bearing slab, as you could easily cause irreversible structural damage to your property if you make a mistake. This is one job where paying for a professional is worthwhile.

Mudjacking restores level surfaces, prevents further damage, and is more cost-effective than a full replacement.

The average cost of mudjacking is around $5 per square foot of concrete, with most concrete leveling jobs totaling between $3 and $8 per square foot. The typical cost to fix a sinking portion of concrete slab with mudjacking is around $1,100. The price you’ll pay depends on the size of the concrete slab you need to be leveled, the accessibility of the slab, and the type of material your contractor uses beneath the concrete to lift it back into place.

Mudjacking normally takes between one to three days to dry completely. The larger the project area, the more time it will take to dry. You should not walk on the concrete or place furniture or vehicles on the lifted concrete until it’s completely cured, which a pro can help determine. If you’re polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can take just a few minutes to dry, but wait an hour to be sure.

A good slump height really depends on the project, but there is a use for nearly all slump levels. For example, low slumps are best in projects that require structure, such as curbs and roads. High slumps often require additional reinforcement, but they flow more freely into hard-to-reach spaces.
