They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

I clean homes, local businesses, and I have also cleaned local and well known factories in the local area. My goal is to build my small cleaning business into a multiple employee company with many more clients backing my name with pride ,excitement and word of mouth referrals. I am very proficient in what I do. I was taught by my late father to always make sure to leave the home. business or whatever the place may be, looking better than when I got there. I never really understood what my father meant until for the first time, I was able to look back on my work and say "I did that" with pride. I live by these standards 100 percent. Even as an employee for whatever business it may have been, my name was associated with the overall ending result. I take pride in everything I do and with my head held high. As I would expect my clients, to expect that of me as well. I am a person of my word and I can be counted on without any uncertainty. I am not afraid of work or to get my hands dirty. I am also not afraid to express that something may be too much or I may not be the right fit to get the job done with exceptional results. My number one goal is customer satisfaction.
