"I started this process working with Jason when he came out to give me the original estimate. From the very beginning, he was courteous and took time to listen & answer my questions. We had several issues we were wanting to take care of & I liked the fact that this company was able to do ALL of the work we were needing done. They even helped us get our roof replaced after a wind storm had caused damage -- they took the time to deal with our insurance and get it covered for us. Shelly, in the office took the time to stay in contact with me and was always so friendly. The waterproofing they did needed to happen in multiple locations on our property, the crew worked like a well oiled machine & got it done. Not only do I know it works after a storm came through, we are thrilled with the look & quality. They also reinforced a wall in our garage that had been compromised due to the water issues. This wall is not going anywhere now! The crew has cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis leaving the work area as clean as they found it that morning. The crew was the same group of guys each day & they worked well together & stayed on task. We plan to have more work done next year, looking at a small addition & bathroom, we will definitely be calling Tommy, Shelly & the Alltek crew when that time comes."

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. "I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.
