"Matt did a great job with our backyard transformation project. We had 3 areas that would flood even with a small amount of rain. My backyard was so uneven that my kids could not safely run without stepping into holes due to neglect by previous owners. Matt removed a shed and gazebo and disposed of it. He was flexible with a last minute tree removal and halted the project to accommodate our schedule. We no longer have water issues, even landscape, and a great looking new lawn. Matt is very professional and a great communicator. He has followed up with us multiple times, overseeded, and fertilized. He even gave us free mulch that was unexpected. I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"
