Not the lowest, but considering how well everything went, it was well worth it. Actually, in that light, it was a bit lower than I might have guessed. I made an online request to three different companies late last night for an urgent plumbing situation. This morning at 7:20am, the office called and got me on the schedule. The work is now completed, good experience, and as of now at 5:10pm, neither of the other two companies has even called me back. That says a lot."

Chris M. arrived at my home and was professional, knowledgable, straight forward, and friendly. He quoted me fair prices to install a new toilet and new kitchen faucet, both of which I had previously purchased independently and had at home ready to install. "Had water seeping in during heavy rains from where the wall meets the floor in my basement. Approximately 60 ft. Met with the salesman and got a good description of their product and company history. The crew showed up early in the morning. Jay, Roosevelt, and Shane worked hard throughout the day. Very professional. Found some additional issues after they removed drywall. Gave me some pricing and ideas on fixing those issues and kept me informed of overall progress. End of the day the work looks great. Looking forward to a dry basement. Liked the fact that Jay had been with the company for 3 years. Means they treat their people right and you are getting experience. Good closing call with Adam. Great job on the cleanup. Very satisfied."
