Paid to have external main water line replaced. After they left I noticed the ground drainage pipe was not reburied correctly. It is now at an angle and cannot reconnect to the downspout. They even left the connector parts laying there, knowing they did not connect it. They broke an electrical line in the ground which I paid a different contractor to fix and they tore up my yard by driving their tracker as fast as they could so as to get the job done in one day and get out as early as possible. I called many times and left messages to correct the ground drainage pipe and they try to say it is not their fault. They undug the line in order to get to the basement wall and reburied it wrong. They even left the connector parts. Now they won't fix it. All I want is for them to finish the job. Do not use these people. I will leave a picture proving this if the site lets me.

What was most important was that Bill was prompt and professional in handling my repair. He sent a guy first thing the next morning for a non-emergency and the tech was in and out in a half hour with the job done right. This was after another plumbing company diagnosed the problem, said they needed to get a part and then never returned our call. TruBlue will be our go to plumbing company in the future. Thank you.

The two service men, Brent and Ed, no time to get to work. they did a great job unglogging main sewer line. True Blu was the only plumbing business to actually answer my phone call and they delivered as promised. I called at 8 am and they promised to do my job that day. We needed to replace two leaky bathroom faucets, have our shower drain snaked, and check to see if there were any issues with a toilet. From the call to make the appointment through the appointment itself, all was handled professionally and very much to our satisfaction. Brent worked quickly to resolve all of our problems and even advised us on a few things.

This was an emergency fix as I had a dead sump pump and 2 inches of water in my basement. TrueBlu had a truck with a replacement at my house 90 minutes after I called. Brent installed it and problem solved quickly.

Dallas did a great & quick job in fixing the toilet. He also found a problem with our shut off valve in house that could have serious water damage. Very professional & would not hesitate to call them again.

After a slight hiccup in scheduling the job was completed in good time. A secondary problem was found and fixed to the extent of their resources and my financial ability. My only complaint is the $75. service charge because I am over 20 miles away. Around a travel time between 35 and 45 minutes. That seemed a bit extreme.

Anthony did a great job! He answered all of our questions and cleaned up everything afterward. He fit us in on a busy Friday when we had a plumbing emergency.
