"Very nice bathtub, deeper than most tubs, water stays warm because bathtub is insulated. Nice looking wall built to frame bathtub. I am very pleased with the salesman, Stryker, and the company definitely aims to please. They did a great job."

"We replaced our bathtub with a walk in shower, and are extremely happy with the work that was provided. In only took one person 6 hours to complete the job, and he was very professional and the quality of work was great. Would hire them again."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

Customers say: Quick response
"Josh replaced a side entry door to my garage which had rotted. It required him to remove the old door and frame and replace it with a new one. Since my house had settled from the original build (14 yrs ago), modification was necessary. Josh took his time, was fully prepared, and I have to admit, it's the best working door at my house! Very professional and pleasant, hiring Josh is a no brainer!"

"I was impressed with his diagnosis of the three problems, his skill in addressing them, his advice in preventing further problems, and his cleaning up the problem area. He dealt with a drain clog and replaced the seal under toilet and a waste disposal. The response time and the value of the work done were both good."
