The estimator was prompt when he came to do the estimate and very low key with answers to all of our questions and concerns.
We had 3 companies price the replacements and Dilly was competitive with the others but didn't try and upscale or push us to make a decision "Right Now" and seemed to appreciate that I had done so much research into this project before getting the 3 bids.
The work was started and finished when they said and all of the old windows and trash were cleaned up.
I would certainly use them again if needed and would recommend them to family and friends.

They came and checked the damage within the week. They gave us an estimate and talked with our insurance agent about replaceing the full roof{which it needed] not just replace shingles. They completed the job with in a week or so. During the winter, ice in one of the gutters caused it to pull loose . I called them and they came out the next day to repair it.Our insurance company had wanted to replace only 1 side of the roof and replace some shingles on the other side not replace both sides even though both sides had damage.

They got here when they said they would. They brought everything they needed with them so they did not need to leave and get supplies and come back later. In general, I think they did a good job. The only dislike is they did something to upset my wife and she does not like them.
