"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. "I am very pleased with my new windows. I used Home Genius Exteriors to do my roof, gutter protection, and now Windows. This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. Walter and Mike also from production were very friendly and professional. And Shawn, the window installer was polite,knowlagable, and efficient. And even cleaned up on his way out. Next on the agenda is to get a new door taken care of. Highly recommend HGE"
